Carles began his career in 2010 at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Barcelona. He then moved to Madrid in 2013 to join Alana Partners, where he gained valuable experience managing an investment fund. In 2015, he further honed his skills in strategic consulting at Monitor Deloitte, focusing on M&A projects.
In 2017, Carles joined DAEM as a Partner and the Head of Consulting and Transactions, a role he holds today.
His robust academic background includes an Industrial Engineering degree and a Business Administration degree from Universitat Ramón Llull. He also holds a Master's degree from Pennsylvania State University and is a CFA charterholder.
